Lemon Meringue Pie Murder

I am savoring each one of these books in this series with delight....By Joanne Fluke.
This pie recipe has a nice little twist to it, that I have never seen before in a Lemon Meringue Pie. Add 1/8 cup of Lime juice is genius.........
It actually mellows out the tartness of this luscious Lemon Pie.

So with Sergei, my cockatiel perched above me watching, we went to work making the pie, I think we did pretty good.
At least we had fun doing it.

I am now looking forward to reading the first book in this cozy read.
